Hendrik started his career at SaarGummi Neo in mid-2019. Combining with one of Neo’s projects and researches, he completed his master's thesis in 2020 and obtained nearly perfect results. This ‘fresh blood’ with great experience in robot programming and computer-aided design has been providing Neo with more flexibility, more new thinking and more advanced development models in process and product innovation
